But still it is not easy to find the ideal property in Marbella, most of the apartments have been built for holiday letting and not necessarily age appropriate, although of course there are residences for elderly person in Marbella, but most of the older people prefer to live in their own home, as long as possible to live, but of course one or the other must be changed so that the apartment is adapted for.
In Marbella there are a few specialist companies who can advise you to make these changes. So, do not buy a flat out of a holiday mood, without first consulting, if all the necessary things can be changed and remember, if your apartment is not on the ground floor, a lift should be available, though, at least in new buildings in Marbella, belongs to the normal standard.
