Spanning 250 m2 of living space on a generous 1200m2 plot, our family-friendly villa comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 people across three floors. The entrance-level greets you with a spacious living room, dining room, direct access to the terrace and garden, a fully fitted kitchen, and a convenient bedroom with a shower room.

On the upper floor, you'll discover the luxurious master suite featuring its own terrace, as well as a third bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Descending to the lower level, by passing through the garage, you'll find the fourth bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. Although this room does not have air conditioning, it offers a cozy retreat. Furthermore, you'll find an additional bedroom (Nº 5) with two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed and own bathroom, similar to the previous room, this bedroom does not have air conditioning.
