In order for a booking to be confirmed, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental amount, a further 20% is due 90 days before arrival, the remaining amount 4 weeks before arrival. There are also holiday properties that require a 50% deposit, please refer to the property description for more information. The Security deposit is due with the last rental payment and will be paid back 7 days after departure.

Terms of reservation and booking:

The customer can take over the rental property on the day of arrival at around 5 p.m. and must leave the property at around 10 a.m. on the day of departure, the owner provides the rental property for the above specified period and hands over the keys to the customer on the day of arrival.

§ 1 Revocation for customers with vacation rental agreements
