The villa is ideal for travellers seeking a vacation off the beaten track. This stretch of Andalusian coast boasts endless golden sand beaches, and the area is very popular for golfing, hiking, horseback riding, cycling, windsurfing, swimming, fishing, and snorkling.


Terrace and Pool:

The villa has a large open terrace facing south and west, with sun all day. Part of the terrace offers complete privacy for sunbathing, while there are also large shaded outdoor areas. The terrace has a dining area for 10-12 persons and a comfortable sitting group, both under roof. There are also sun beds, large towels, and a large parasol provided.

On the terrace there is a 15 meter long pool with one deep end and a shallow end suitable for kids. The pool can be heated at an extra cost on request.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

There are two spacious bedrooms, each with large en suite bathrooms, on the top floor. Outside these bedrooms there is a nice balcony. The 4 other bedrooms are situated one the ground floor. Two of them are facing the terrace and the pool and those two also have en suite bathrooms, while the two other bedrooms share one bathroom.

Barbeque:

At one side of the terrace there is a large barbeque area under roof seating 10-15 people. The barbeque is equipped with gas-grill, fireplace, fridge, sink with cold water and CD-player/radio.

Additional services:

Bed linen provided, towels provided, extra cleaning service available, house staff available on request, washing machine at the disposal of all tenants, tumble driers at the disposal of all tenants, baby-sitters available, caretaker, safety deposit box, alarm, ADSL Wireless Internet Access, and a PC connected to the flatscreen TV in the living room.

Please observe that the announced prices are based on maximum 10 persons, as one of the small bedrooms downstairs will be closed off with no more than 10 people renting. Additional occupancy will be charged an additional 10% of the weekly rate per person.

Heated pool costs Euro 300 per week, and should be booked well in advance of arrival.
