This contemporary villa is located in total privacy within the peaceful residential area of Guadalmina Baja, surrounded by two great golf courses, the beach and Guadalmina Beach Club is just 300 metres to the south, and excellent shops, delis, restaurants and bars just 150 metres to the north, Puerto Banus is just 5 minutes by car and Marbella 10 minutes.
Guadalmina Baja is an area with expensive properties, huge plots and lovely gardens, peaceful and secure.
The villa with 6 bedrooms for 12 people, with its cool contemporary lines and sky-blue hues inspired by the chic of Miami, it boasts amazingly light interiors and stunning outside space, the centrepiece of which is undoubtedly the vast free-form pool with rockeries, a cascade and its own palm tree island. Unusually, the pool has a sloping access with a large shallow area, ideal for children or non-swimmers, before deepening to about 1.8m, the pool is the main attraction. Aside from the pool, the house has six double bedrooms; inside and outside dining spaces; two open plan indoor lounge areas; brand new huge open plan kitchen, breakfast room and family room; large outdoor shaded lounge area; utility room, large gym with full range of cardio equipment (sadly, hardly used!); parking for 6/7 cars; and a grand piano (more for show than actual use!)
