The house a spacious and beautifully furnished. The upstairs level has one double bedroom ...with AC and king sized bed. And also the master bedrooms which has large en-suite bathroom as well as a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area.

On the ground floor there is a large combined living and dining living area ha large comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV and we can provide movie, sports and news channels in a large selection of languages inc French, German, Russian, English and Scandanavian.

There are 2 lovely outside sitting areas to enjoy...there is a breakfast table just off the dining area and accessed via the patio doors out to a shaded and covered area... ideal for eating out of the summer sun or enjoying a drink in the evening.

The other (larger) sitting area is accessed from the living area via the patio doors in the living area.. this has sun loungers, rattan sofas and another dining table/area ...with GAS BBQ, fridges and awnings for shade...excellent for cooking and entertaining.

We have a beautiful, mature private garden lots of trees and flowering surrounding an 8m x 4m private swimming pool. we provide another 6 sun/loungers for the garden area for sunbathing and relaxing

On the lower level we have 2 x with AC, and ceiling fans.. both sharing a shower room.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need on your have 2 large fridge freezers for your familys groceries during the holiday. We provide.all utensils, appliances, coffee machine and of course washing machine and dryer.

Being in a gated community in Nueva Andalucia we would advise a car if you want the most freedom....Aloha gardens with all its trendy cafes, bars and excellent restaurants are only 3/4 mins by car ....for those not wanting to rent a car...local taxis are always nearby and very reasonable.

San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella center etc are all accessible in around 10 mins.
